[#XKN-923345]: Gold Member Company Cheated Me Out Of My Money
I ordered cigarettes from Hongkong Top Smoking International Trading Co. on10/20/2011. I spoke with a woman named Carmen. She told me that I would receive goods in 5-7 days. And 30 days later I have only received half of my goods. The saleswoman, Carmen, has ignored my Skype and e-mail messages for over 3 weeks. My family are heavy smokers and we ordered 40 cartons. And she delivered only 20 cartons. She also promised in her e-mail and on skype 100% guarantee delivery and she has not re-delivered the goods that were seized. She promised me that goods were 100% safe. This company is a fraud and not to be trusted. They lie and cheat to get your money and then send only 50% of the goods. I have attached Western Union receipts, e-mails and Skype messages proving everything I said is true! This company lies and cheats customers.
