Hotallo Promotions Co., LTD reviews

My company ordered 500 teddy beads from Hotallo Promotions. I paid my final deposit on 6 November 2006 after being told the bears were ready (they weren't) and then paid freight cost on 18 December 2006 after asking for photo' s of the order to confirm they were made. I was told I would receive 3 air freight cargos on 5 Jan 2007 containing the order. I received one package of ribbon I sent them to put on the bears, the second package had a red stuffed soccer ball and the third a pink stuffed monkey. They will not respond to my many emails or fax and will not either send my order or refund my money. I was dealing with Henry Zhou but have also emailed Matthew Bush (the web contact) who sends the emails on to Henry. The company said they they sent the cargo (DHL) so I asked for air freight documentation so that I could chase it up. They are now not responding to me with any information or refund.
