Huakang International Trade Co., Ltd reviews

I have contacted this seller through Tradekey.com and I have made enquiry to him on 11/11/2009. The person who I have contacted is Mr. Mike (Yao Guo Qing) and his company name is Huakang International Trade Co Ltd. His website is http://www.huakang88.com. He address himself as the boss and I address him as the boss and sole responsible as I only see his name in his website. I contact him via email and chat with him on yahoo messenger and the money transfer to his name. ( Mr. Yao Guo Qing) I order 2 items from him and send the money to him on 13/11/2009 ( see the attached file on Western Union Money transfer). The 2 items are :- 1. iPhone 3gs 16Gb White 2. Blackberrt Storm 9530 ( see the attached porforma invoice) He send me the wrong goods on EMS tracking number EE255490729CN ( see the attached file ) and the wrong item sent is iPod ( see the attached picture ) I have to send back the item to him on tracking number EE086349515TH ( see the attached file ) as he said is the company mistake and need to do the claim . I have to chase him and even call the China Post office on his behalf to see the problem why the item has not been received. He claimed that he has to receive the returned goods before he would send me the correct goods. However , he do not take into consideration when the item has reached his place and he has no rush to quickly get the item from the post. He inform me again on tracking number EE118806470CN that he has already sent the item. I have checked with the Thailand post since the day it has not arrived Thailand and always keep track online. Until today I have reaslised and have been informed by the Post office that the address of this item that he resend is not my address in Bangkok but other province in Thailand and not attention to my name. I have made several calls to this supplier the whole day and he does not pick up the phone at all. I have sent him email and there is no reply.
