I recently made a transaction with this company for the purchase of a 16gb Ipad. Instead of the ipad i was sent two dvd's. I deal with Mr. Maria Chen via email and thru a paypal transaction. The transaction took about a week to complete. I was sent a tracking number after sending payment. When i opened the box I was shocked to see two DVD packages for your baby can read!!!! I demand a full refund or the immediate shipment of the item i ordered

I ordered an APPLE IPAD WIFI 3G 64GB on april 5th and received in the mail a "your baby can read" dvds. The apple ipad cost me $509.00 and the cost of the item I received would only have been maybe $20.00 worth. I emailed them right away and they asked me to send pictures and I did. Then they said don't worry we will look into this and they have to do a survey and they will let me know in 24 hrs.I tried emailing them numerous times for an answer and no reply. I am getting frustrated at the loss of money on my part and feel like I can't deal with china anymore.
