i paid the money by bank tt and they said they never reieved it but in fact they had it ages ago they just wanted to get more money , they said if i can send them money by western union it will be quicker and they will adjust the total transferd by bank tt later with product , once again they took the money but never sended any item , i have the conversation email and details of what they promised but they are just fraud and should be taken care off.

this company are just scammers, do not send them any money!! THEY GIVE YOU A TRACKING NUMBER FOR A BUGABOO AFTER TAKING YOUR MONEY AND SEND YOU A CHEAP WATCH INSTEAD!!!! DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE!!!!!!

I have purchased 4 iphones on the 8 /12/09 from the above company, paid via Western Union and not received anything, they gave me a tracking number and the item went to someone in Sydney they then reported that the Courier service made the mistake and that an investigation was underway, I have had no response since and my kids went without a Christmas presents. So your URGENT attention to this matter would be appreciated. Thanks. I was dealing with a guy called James He. It has been numerous emails since the 8/12/2009.

I can’t believe this has happened to me, I tried to deal with reputable people as we were advised that Tradekey is a reputable company and I feel that this is not the case. I believe that Tradekey have a responsibility as they are prompting business that DON’T Exist and Clouding in Criminal Activity, because the people who conduct their Criminal Activities, do so, using YOUR platform and YOUR name, So if people can just sign or and become a gold member like that, that’s easy, than you have a serious problem on your hands Now, I have just been informed that the parcel that this supplier gave me the Tracking number that was not one that was meant for me and it probably is one that this supplier gives to people as when I tracked the parcel down, it went to the US not Australia We have just been advised by the USPS in the United States that the parcel has been sent by an Unmarked sender and they advised us that this tracking number has been given out many times before, so it seems that this seller on your Tradkey Business Platform has defrauded many people before I am also concerned and Tradkey should be concerned of the comments made by this seller, in his first email sent to me which was, “we are Huawei Electronic Technology Inc which is one of Gold Member from tradekey.com. we have 510 points trustprofile.” This is wrong and your company needs to do something urgently about this person, I spoke to your chat line and I told them that all there particulars on the Trade Key are all false, Company does not exist, phone numbers don’t exists and so on and I asked the person I was speaking to form Tradkey can they still track this person down, and he said “Yes we have paperwork on the company and they contact details we will find them”, and I now hope that your company Tradekey has done there due diligence and checked out that people and companies do exist and Tradekey just doesn’t make Gold members that easy especially for companies and people that do not exist. Sadly after my investigations I have read on a number of websites and Forums that Tradekey does nothing for Fraudulent sellers and they still allow them to trade, and if they suspend them it is so easy to restart again in another name, and I am asking Tradekey now, Please tell me this is not true, please tell me that Tradkey is not the BIGGEST SCAM there is, please tell me you are a reputable company that does take FRAUD seriously. Please find attached the emails sent by your seller and his invoice. I await YOUR URGENT REPLY as these items were gifts for Christmas and the we do not have the funds to purchase other items now.
