I ordered one and this is what i can say so far. Quality build is a miss. Nothing has been leveled, so the router can have up to 6mm unleveling on the Z axis without any problem. In fact, all axis are not well leveled, so for a 0.05mm precision, this is a total miss. You will have in anycase to relevel all axis with a laser before using the router in production. It camed with a hacked NC studio, and not the latest version (V5.X). This hacked version also contains a trojan (Trojan.ADH). Weihong is offering V9 at the time we are speaking. The PCI interface card has no drivers. So it can't be used under windows vista, and neither in any windows environnement so far. Jackie says it's USB, don't believe him, it will come with a copied weihong interface card, and without any workable windows pilot. Better negotiate without interface card and install your own, it would be better working as the other hadware used can handle fast response and deliver respectable performances. Welds are loose. Painting is approximative. Router construction and machining dust will come with the router as a gift. Be really carefull for the holding guides ! They are ball raced, so any dust can really damage them. Clean it all before use, it wasn't done anytime at factory. Transportation box was totally destroyed when the router was delivered. The table was also damaged at factory when they handle it with lifting clamps. All wiring is approximative. It has to be redone completly as they used solder and adhesive on cables if you want it used with hard or strong materials (cables can hot a lot in such use). You will have a lot of promises, but for my experience so far, no loyalty and honnesty. Of course, this is the lowest price on the market. But think about it before buying. Surprises can be much more valued with another chinese router building company that would not give you promises and would not keep their word.
