They received my payment several days ago and told me that I would receive my order within seven days, it has been over a month. Supplier has stopped responding to emails.

This company is fruadulent probably does not exist. It is the same company with the same website as http://www.dealwithtrust.com which from the sites below has many compliants huo zzco.,ltd website is http://www.hotgoodshop.com. http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&q=dealwithtrust&btnG=Google+Search&meta= How this company got 10 trustpoints and how they are a silver memer is behyond. They should be banned NOW.

Hi, I added this company's hotmail address to my msn messenger. Once day he contacted me when i was online in msn messenger. So we had a conversation for a few hours and he was offering electronic goods and good price. I was intrested in tom tom go 910. I asked him what the minimum qauntity is for this product he said 3 but since i was only intrested in 1,i thought i might not be able to buy.Then he explained to me that only this time he will let me order just the one. So i asked him how much will this cost me he gave me a price of $270 dollars. Which i was happy with and i decided to buy.I asked him how long will the deliver take he said 7 days. I was still worried about sending money to a supplier accross the other side of the world.But he had assured me that he is a silver member in trade key web site and not to worry. So i asked him how do i pay the money he said via West Union. So i signed up a account with West Union. I asked who is the payment to? he gave me these details:- Western union : first name: jin xian Last name: chen Address : putian city,fujian province,china country So i sent the money to him and he did say once i have sent the moneyi need to email him my address and contact details for deliver of the product so i decided to email him. He confirmed to me by replying back by saying thank you sir for you order. we will email you your tracking number for you product.He said he will used ups. I brought the product on friday and i decided to email him on sunday but i didn't get a reply back. So i logged onto msn messenger to see if he is online but he wasn't. so i decided to sign up with another hotmail address and add the suppliers hotmail address again which is:- [email protected] This hotmail address is also on his website http://www.hotshopgood.com This time the supplier was online , so obvisouly he had blocked my hotmail msn messenger address so ican't speak to him. i confronted him about he robbed me and no tracking number was given and he didn't reply back and blocked me again. I have attached the evidence to tradekey to look at which contains his order reply and my west union id that the payment has been made. I am very upset with this company and i would just like my money back. I don't understand how your policy works can anybody sign up to your tradekey website claiming they are suppliers. Do you not do checks on their companies i.e passport details and proof of address, for proof of identity. like other supplier websites. Or do you just take the money and let anybody commit fraud. BECAREFUL WITH THIS CO. I'AM CALLING MY CREDIT CARD CO. TOMMORROW DUE TO NO RESPONSE FROM THEM AFTER 6 E-MAILS TRYING TO GET MY TRACKING # I GUESS I HAVE BEEN HAD, SO I WILL BE REPORTING THEM AS FRAUD. THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND NO ONE HAS RESPONDED, CONTACTED ME AS OF YET, SO YES, THIS IS CONSIDERED FRAUD AND I WILL PROSECUTE. I HAVE WAITED WAY TOO LONG FOR AN ANSWER OBVIOUSLY THEY ARE HERE TO TAKE YPUR MONEY AND RUN DON'T BE SURPRISED IF THE WEBSITE VANISHES SOON. I EVEN TRIED CALLING THEM ALL I GET IS A RECORDING IN CHINESE SAYING THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER. THANKS
