OUR GROWTH RATEInstex International was established in 1980 as a maker & Supplier of surgical & dental instruments,soon was needed to expand their production for the Veterinary and the Beauty Care instruments as well andnow manufacturing the Hospital Equipments . Since our establishment, we have grown gradually to become one of the reliable instruments manufacturing company. After that Instex International had take a step of exporting their products Worldwide. Then we started a business as a exporter.
Approval of processes and equipment
During production processes, where appropriate the processes and equipment are planned and documented, production is carried out after their approval. The Production and quality assurance are responsible for process approval and for setting the inspection criteria.
QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM
Instex International has developed and implemented a quality management system and better satisfies the needs of its customers and to improve management of the company. The requirements in the manual governs the methods used in the facility and control used for the manufacturing, packing labeling storage and dispatch of all the finished devices intended for the human use. It covers the production, purchasing and quality control requirements of the company's products.
Cleaning and Sterilization of Surgical Instruments.
Before sterilization all instruments have to be disinfected and cleaned.
Before sterilization please use one of the following three cleaning alternatives.
Ultrasonic Cleaning
Ultrasonic Cleaning saves time. Secondly it is more efficient than cleaning by hand and lowers the risk of
contamination.
Sterilization:
The operating instructions of the manufacturer of the sterilization machines should be read carefully and
followed strictly.
