Hello:

I have Mazut available from a very reliable source that has been in business for years. They are offering POP right away so that the buyer has no concerns or worries about the existence/ownership of the Mazut. Here are the procedures:


Product: Mazut 100/75
Quantity: 3, 600, 000 MT (300, 000 x 12)
CIF: ASWP CHINA
Price: $385/per MT /net $395/per MT / gross
8.0 Buyer issue LOI with sellers below procedure
8.1 The Seller shall provide Draft Contract to the Buyer with Allocation
Number + Export info
8.2 The Buyer shall sign contract electronically.
8.3 The Buyer shall within 1 working days upon signing the Contract issue
the Pre-Advice of Irrevocable, Non-Transferable, Documentary Letter of
Credit (MT 705) from The Buyer's bank to The Seller' bank.
8.4 The Seller shall within 1 working days upon receipt of The Buyer's
the Pre-Advice Irrevocable, Non-Transferable, Documentary Letter of Credit
(MT 705) issue an operative 2% Performance Bond to The Buyer.
8.5 The Buyer shall within 1 working day upon receipt of the operative 2%
Performance Bond issue the operative Irrevocable, Non-Transferable,
Documentary Letter of Credit (MT700/701) to the Seller's bank in favor of
the Seller.
8.6 The Seller shall send POP to Buyer's bank via Seller's Bank,
including full complete set of Charter Party Agreement (CPA).
8.7 The Seller and The Buyer will sign Final Contract (Hard Copies).
8.8 The Commencement of Delivery will begin according to contracted
"Delivery Schedule".
