Sirs: I am a registered user of Tradekey.com. Through Tradekey, i make contact with J.A.H., and on August 8 I bought an IPhone 3G 16GB black, to bluegizmodropship.com (a tradekey.com Silver Member). I sent the money on August 8 through Western Union, their web shows the money was collected. I sent $ 225 to pay for a cellphone I bought, as the seller had indicated me by mail, the Western Union´s reference is: MTCN: 312-620-1068 The money was sent to: Patrick Nicholas 90-59 208 St. New York City, NY 11428 Since then I have had no response from this seller. If I ask them for a quote using another name and email and they respond immediately…with same indications I originally received. I send as attachments: the proof of payment, and a same mails from the seller. If you need more records of communication, i could send them. Hi there this guy is riping ppl off. I made payment after asking 2 questions to him which i got a reply from within 24 hours. so i sent the payment no reply for 2 weeks. so i pretended to order more goods and what would you know a reply within 24 hours asking to send payment. shut him down plz. what can be done now to help me?

Hi I ordered 2 Nintendo Wii's, 2 Ds lites and a PSP on 15/4/08, and paid by Google checkout $675 US. I received an email saying it had been despatched on 16/4/08 and have still not received anything. I have emailed (via Tradekey and Googlechekout) 4 times since and he has not replied to me at all. I have since called his phone no and fax no, and both are unobtainable (although the one on his email differs by one digit and he is unavailable!) Please can you let me know what I am supposed to do, as yet again it seems that I have lost my money. I have gone through the system, paid via a more reliable source of paymetn sytem and have still been conned. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me. Look forward to hearing from you. EARL LEE $3000-00 BY PAYPAL FOR 10 IPHONES, IN RETURN HE TOLD ME FIRST THEY SEND MISC ITEM THEN ONCE ADDRESS CONFIMED WE SEND YOUR ORDER, HE SEND ME A BADLY DAMAGED SECOND HAND PSI CONTROLLER & DIGITAL CAMERA.I HAVE TRIED TO MAKE CONTACT BUT HE HAS DISSAPEARED ANDKEEPS HIS ID OFFLINE.
