Observation for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

Please help me find this company, if they can not ship my order i would like a refund.
I have attached proof of payment and correspondence emails between myself and Betty who's the Sales Manager for Jiangnan Trading Co.
After sending the money, Betty is not responding to my emails and she ignores me on live chat.
I would really appreciate your response and assistance.

please check this company, their activity is not related to medicine at all, I dont know why send this to me,
