Remark for FRAUD

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is Burcin Senol from Cyprus. After I registered with Tradekey.com with the company name Select and elect, I have received many emails from different companies who are also your members. After a little research I decided to do business with the company named Jianying Trade Co., Ltd which is a Goldkey member and has 490 trustpoints. Jianying Trade Co., Ltd contacted us through Tradekey.com and we decided to order 2 Toshiba Laptops and paid 650USD (440 Sterling) with Moneygram on 30 January 2010. They promised that we would receive the products on 8 February 2010 at the latest. However, it's 23 February 2010 today and we haven't received the two laptops yet! I tried to reach them many times but I couldn’t get through them. I checked the tracking number (RR731005660CN) that they gave me to track the goods they said they posted with every shipping company on their web page (http://www.jianyingtrade.com/template/home.asp) but there hasn’t been a match since now. As it has been a very long time and there is no way for me to reach them, I strongly believe that this transaction is a fraud. I’d really appreciate if you could have a close look at the issue and let me know what the situation is?
The salesperson who I talked to via yahoo messenger ([email protected]) is called Susan. I also received an email from someone called Steven ([email protected]) with three attachments showing the details of the company and a scanned identity card or passport.
I’m uploading the invoice, the documents about the company that they sent us and the details of the payment we sent them as attachment so you can see more details.

I placed a order on 12/20/09 and I have yet to receive my order. All I'm getting is promises to deliver and fake tracking numbers that delivers other places. I'm currently trying to get my money refunded.

Rating for Items not arrived after 28 days and no follow up

Hi,
I would like to report Jianying Trade Co Ltd for their unresponsiveness and irresponsibility in handling customer.
I have ordered items in 22 December 2009 with total amount of USD 175. After they said the don't accept paypal, I paid with moneygram that day (receipt attached).
Contact person name : Susan Cao (sales person)
On 26 Dec 2009 they gave me EMS tracking number EE256532076CN and from that tracking number I can see that items have been processed since 25 December 2009.
From the tracking number, items have not been moving since 31 Dec 2009 with status which I don't understand. I have been waiting and waiting since then, until now the items have not arrived my country. I did a cross check a few times via email and phone to local post (Malaysia post) as EMS partner in my country, they said this must be followed up by the sender to file report to EMS and nothing much can be done from receiver side.
I have informed Jianying Trade about this and asked them to follow up but they seem reluctant to help, with all the reason they did not take my case seriously. They responded with standard reply such as "I will deal with it", or "I will inform my manager", "this is EMS problem and it's not our problem" but nothing in realization until now, already 28 days !
I have forwarded email from Post malaysia to them and I have given warning to them if until yesterday they don't give me update then I will report this to Tradekey, and as what I have expected they did not respond.
Therefore I would like to report this so that you can help me to take action to this company. I'm disappointed with this company and I bought items from them because they are gold member with 500 trust point, but see what they do to their customer.

I spent over an hour conversing with this company on the terms of order. I was to wire transfer money to them, and they would ship within 8 hours of my TT. I am attaching a copy of the TT. I made it very clear that I needed these products by Christmas, and they promised again and again they would ship in time for me. But after sending TT, all I got was an email saying they are sorry and cannot ship because it takes a week for TT. So now I am out the money, and have nothing to give my kids for Christmas. I am sooooo upset. Is there anything you can do to help? I also have a text file of the yahoo IM conversation where they said they would ship and what I would be getting for my money. It is a TXT file if you want a copy please advise.

Remark for scammers

i ordered an apple iphone 3gs 32gb for $247, i payed and recieved a FAKE rolex watch. I then asked what was going on and the person i spoke to via msn claimed the person dealing with my order (steven) had left the company. This is a common scam i have come across before. Unless this company gives me a refund or my item i will be contact the chinese authorities (already told tradekey.com). I would not advise buying from this company as they are 100% SCAMMERS!

Response for fraud: took money no product received

this company has not listed their official company email in their tradekey profile. so there is no way to tell how to contact for fraud. their sales manager quoted me prices via email conversation which i have attached clearly showing that once i sent payment, there is no legit reply. i dont want to involve the police if the company will REFUND OUR MONEY, but if they cannot even after tradekey is reported then we have no choice. fraud amount was $300, might seem small to tradekey, but not to us and not forgotten. its been a week I've waited that perhaps i might receive my order. but the tracking # was for someone else to fool us till this time which you can check yourself is not for me via EMS. please check attachments for proof. thanks
