Observation for Not As Described & Damaged Merchandise

The contact name is Thomas Wu. Transaction took approximately 10 days for $390.00 and the quality of the product was not as told in emails by Thomas. Thomas told us repeatedly in emails that we are including in our complaint that the handles & trim were all real leather. When received none of them were real leather and 4 of the bags the zippers do not work. Thomas also told us if the bags were not real leather or damaged he would pay to have them shipped back and now he will not even respond to our emails.
