Good Day, Please find attached a copy of a person (Akins Johnson) I.D. document and proof of residence, stating that he sells Chihuahua puppies for R2000.00. He says he is from Lime Acres just outside Kimberley and that he can send the puppies via a courier company named South Line-Logistics (which by the way doesn�t exist in Kimberley). I contacted him regarding one of his puppies, he requested a 50% deposit and said I will have to pay the rest upon receiving the puppy, I also had to pay him R500 for the delivery charges. He sounded very legit, and had all information I requested, he also send me the copy of his I.D. and proof of residence insuring me that all is valid. I paid him the R1500.00 and the next day him informed me that the puppy is dropped off at the airport not long after the so called courier company phoned me via a cell phone number (0718013757) to confirmed that the puppy is there and is on its way to me in Johannesburg. I requested a land-line number for if I have any more queries, but he informed me that number is the way to contact the company. not long after our conversation he phoned me back saying that the vet who is on site at the airport (Johann van Rooyen) has inspected my puppy and the animal needs a special �Temperature Regulator Crate� this was for the health of the puppy. But for that crate I needed to make a R4550.00 deposit on which I will receive R4000.00 back when the puppy arrives save in Johannesburg. I never made that deposit for the crate for its not the amount that anyone walks around with, so I contacted the buyer (Akins Johnson) saying that this wasn�t what we agreed upon. He informed me I don�t need to worry about anything he will sort it out. Then I phoned him back saying I have a friend in Kimberley who will collect the dog, and then that was it, I haven�t heard another word from him, I tried to phone but he keeps putting the phone down. Also the other cell number of the courier company just goes to voice mail all the time. He used this same email address of his ([email protected]) and his cell number 27-782464109 is the same. also you will see that the proof of residence he has sent me has the same street address on. I wish there was a way I could get my money back, but all I can do now is to rely on your assistance to report him as an scam artist. Feel free to contact me on any time given, for more information.
