Our structure: we built 4 main functional departments. 1) Product Development & Engineering Department focuses on manufacturing process design, technical optimizing, quality control, part design, Auto CAD, Pro/e, Solidworks drawings. 2) Logistics Department handles PO evaluation & deployment, inventory management, delivery schedule, International Trade Document, Freight forwarder coordination, Customs. 3) Sales Department includes Overseas Sales Branch and Domestic Sales Branch. In charge of sales promotion/advertisement and communication with customer as company windows concentrated on apperceiving customer's requirement. 4) Administration Department is the management organization which cover HR, team-building, IT support, legal assistance, accounting and finance. General Manager will coordinate with all departments to achieve best company performance and same time handles any suggestion and complaints from customers, partners, advisers.
