Selected and matured coconuts are brought to the factory for shelling, paring and washing. Then the white coconut kernels are carefully inspected to ensure they are up to standard. After this, the coconut milk is extracted and filtered twice for purity. That's EMMA quality!
2. Hygienic
At the heart of the process a modern spray dryer converts the pure coconut milk into instant powder. But in all steps from milk extraction through pasteurisation and packing, human contact is minimal, to deliver a safe, hygienic product.
3. Natural
Except for maltodextrin (modified starch) and sodium casseinate (from cow's milk), which are food grade ingredients, no artificial preservatives or flavour have been added to EMMA. So all you get is a pure, natural taste.

5. True Instant Coconut Milk
To prepare coconut milk, just pour the powder into a cupful of water and stir. That's all! There is no residue and no separation because EMMA has been homogenised to ensure the product is stable during reconstitution.
