The company is a new green shoe company, which was formed with the main objective of garnering and focusing the individual strengths of the of the Directors & Operations, who all have been in the industry for quite some time.
The promoters have the Business acumen and rich experience in Corporate Management, to take the company to new achievements. We are a team of qualified professionals having vast hands on experience and knowledge pool in successfully implementation, execution and smooth transition into Commercial, Domestic & International Operations.
Kapil Pharmaceuticals has highly experienced professionals who have valuable experience in all fields required for the growth of the company i.e., Delivery Structure, Manpower Management, Information Technology, Production, Finance, Quality, excellent management skills in conceptualizing, design and implementation of proper services to satisfy the customer need at all ends along with updated knowledge in changing technology and trends required for effective business management.
The company has also recruited highly experienced professionals in all necessary areas for managements of its operations.
All necessary Infrastructures are in place at our facility in a prime location.
Equipment is already commissioned with the entire capacity live. Expansion is already on the anvil.
Operating Personnel:
We recognize that an important enabler of providing positive customer experience is ensuring that the motivation of Employees is high, Our employees are our assets and we strive to provide them with a challenging and fun work atmosphere, training, a top-of-the line work environment and competitive remuneration.
For ensuring effectiveness, agents are grouped into teams of 5-10 persons. Each team is lead by a Team Leader with a Team Manager overseeing all the teams. The Team Leaders and Team Managers have several years of man management experience.
The Employees are in the group of 30 to 40 years with both genders well represented and are all properly educated.
The team consists of a very experienced Team Manager, who is a Campaigner, Manager, who has been in the industry with 7 years experience in working with the big MNC’s as well as mid size companies and has experience in multiple jobs. Having started as an agent himself having climbed the ladder up to the Operations Manager in the Industry with a couple of Companies, has the relevant and required operations skills to take care of multiple teams, with the required exposure to quality performance.
The Team Manager is assisted by a Assistant Team Manager, who has also been in the Industry for couple of years and also climbed the ladder in the Industry starting off as an agent, climbing to become a Asst Team Manager.
The Management team along with the Operations team has the capability of taking on the best of the requirements of the Industry following all the requirements in the areas of Quality, Performance and Timely Delivery Operations. The Management is also inclined to react quickly as per the requirements.

Management is committed to delivering high quality services to its customers having WHO GMP. With this aim in view, care is taken right from the beginning to build in quality. Whether it be in infrastructure, skill sets of operating personal or in operating methods. Facilities and procedures are laid for individual agent monitoring and counselling.
