I bought from this company $1720.00 USD in merchandise, paid March 23 I was given nothing in return but only false tracking numbers up today April 11 2009. Items were never sent. Critique for fake ipod toch and products

A friend of my have ordered 50 pcs and paid 150 euros of gatsby moving rubber product instead i get 12 pcs of o like siries and the unit value of this products are 1 usdollar.
he send alot of emails to this company but he doesntt get no reply
They always ignoring me on the phone, msn and yahoo.
He wants my 150 euros back thats what i want stop this company sending fake products like the ipod touch.
I hope tradekey can solve this problem so i can get my money back.
I have enclose some pictures that i have took after receiving the products.

This company only sales fake copied products!! When confronted they do not want to refund money or resolve anything in any way. STAY AWAY. STAY AWAY FROM TRADE KEY TO! THEY ARE AS FRAUDULENT AS THE COMPANIES WHO SELL HERE!!!
