Hello hope you are doing good, So I decided to buy iphones through this sellers who are high in points and are premium members. They pretty much sent the item to the wrong address. For all I know They probably shipped a piece of letter or empty box and sent me the tracking number. The company is called keteng technology Co.Ltd so I paid them and here is the Western Union MTCN# 270-035-3302 and they sent me the tracking which is EE328034550CN through ems.com . Now My address is 1165 Rt22 West Apt#153, North Plainfield, NJ, 07060. I have been scammed by this company, now I have been emailing them to resend it to me on my correct address that I provided in the first place and they both dont reply or anything like that. Can I please get some help in this? I did my part and paid and they didnt do their part. Please check out the information that I provided you so track the Items on USPS.com and on the website you will see that One of the items is in GA- Georgia. They messed up and now are hidding. Please assist me in this.

I have recently purchased a blackberry from this company which i should have recieved by now or soon. I havee even made payment of 90 GBP in order to recieve my phone. I thought this supplier would be trustworthy as they are a gold supplier and have trust 1010 trust points. I was dealing with a person called Miss "Eleven You" who gave me payment details etc. The payment details i were given are: First Name: Yuanshu Second Name: Li City:Shenzhen Country:China payment was made to this person via moneygram. i emailed them the information that they needed in order to recieve the money and have not heard from them since. I have emailed them many of times at "[email protected]" requesting a tracking number and details of the product being sent. And they haven't replied. I am very disappointed and upset as i have just lost 90GBP. I am yet to hear from this company and doubt i will. please look into this. thank you very much.
