View for The delivered goods are not what I agreed upon with the supplier( Wrong Goods )

This supplier not only sent my item to an entirely different address (so, it was delayed); he also, sent me an entirely different item. I was supposed to receive Ipad 2 - but instead, I received a small parcel which fit into the palm of my hand - and, it was as light as a feather and rattles (could be a belt?). I didn\'t open the parcel - \'cause I have lodged a claim with Paypal. And Paypal may tell me to return the item to sender, instead.
