Opinion for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

This company says they can sell ostrich chicks, ostrich meat, ostrich skin, but actually wants to pay 100% advance and then not send the goods ordered.
confirmation that it is online fraudsters in the last communication they ask to increase the order and pay for it now!
I have all the evidence of this.
Tradekey is a serious site if you just delete these scammers.
