Opinion for fraud!

I placed an order with this company and they gave me a fake tracking number. When I contacted them about the tracking number being wrong they never contacted me back. I e-mailed them 5 times and they did not respond to one e-mail. I basically just got scammed since I Western Unioned them the money and now I have nothing to show for it. Do not trust these people! The person I dealt with there went by the name of Ella. I sent the western union payment to Dongwen Liu.
