• Division Introductory:-
1) Plastic Injection Moulding Division:
- We offer a total system that provide our customers advantages over their global competition.
 Moulding tonnage from 18T to 850T
 Fully automated Sumitomo and Toyo electric injection moulding
 Handle wide application of plastic resins :
- General resins ;
- Engineering resins ;
- Ultra-high temperature resins ;
- Optical resins.
2) In-House Tool Room Division Facility:
- with full range of machinery support inclusive of tooling design, this division will be a major component in providing full facilities for preventive and predictive
maintenance of production tools, fixtures and dies.
 Focus on tool preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance.
 New tool fabrication, assembly, testing and fine tuning.
 Design and fabrication of production tools, jigs and fixtures.
 Modification of plastic moulds and stamping dies.
3) Metal Stamping Division:-
- Our experienced engineering team offers creative and technologically innovative solutions for all your metal stamping requirements
 Progressive and manual stamping press ranging from 35 T to 200 T double crank.
 Offers total solutions taking you from part design, tooling and production. You interface with only one dedicated team of metal stamping specialists from start to finished.
 Offer value added secondary process operations : -
i) Plating ii) Spot Welding iii) Riveting iv) Tapping v) Spraying
In addition, our Assembly Division Facility, we provide top class production areas for our customers strict product assemblies requirements : -
 Class 100 and Class 10 k certified clean room production areas
 HEPA Filteration Systems # Electro Static Discharge ( ESD ) Conveying System
 Ionized air environment.
