The transformation process is the most natural and possible with the semolina processing at low temperatures a certified pure water , drawing in bronze to make it rough , is a \' slow drying of 15- 16 hours. And the production of about 1400 kg per day packaged in bags of 500 g and palletized .
Our plant is designed to double the daily production . Production made ��with Sicilian durum wheat , and next year we will have the production of ancient grains with the variety of Senator Cappelli .
