Evaluation for Fraudulant trading.

I made a trade with a company on your website and payed them for the transaction. I didnt recieve the product that I ordered or payed for. Since the mixup I havent been able to contact this company either by email or phone. The contact I have been corresponding with is Minmin. After the payment was made a different person started to email me with tracking numbers for the wrong product.Can you please inform me of my options in this case.I have tried to send attachments with this complaint of the correspondence and the payment but I cant seem to do so. Could you please respond to this email via my hotmail account so I can send attachments that way. Thank you.

Critique for fraudsters beware

be beware i have lost money after using this company. it should be shut down!!!!! I chatted with them on msn and we agreed on a set price of $650 for a dell laptop that is featured on their advertisement on trade key. after they receive payment they went quiet. never replied to most of my emails except one in which they denied ever receiving any money from me.
