Report for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

Unfortunately, I sent this bank wire transfer on Friday (10/8/2010), before a bank holiday, so I contacted the SUPPLIER for confirmation of shipment a few days later. This SUPPLIER was live on your website (chatting) so I sent them an IM requesting shipment confirmation. I received NO response via chat once I asked my question. Later, I received a graphic of the courier that they supposedly used to ship my goods as you will see from one of my attachments. TODAY (in a different inbox), I received an email from another supplier(badintrading.com) with a pricelist almost identical to the one received by your GOLD MEMBER (Lifu Int'l Trade Co, Ltd). Lifu's website closed down last night, but www.badintrading.com is still accessible. I'm am sure these two operations are identical, as I am waiting for the SUPPLIER to email me their Bank Transfer information for a bogus order I placed with them. Fortunately, their business names speaks volume of their intent: bad in trading.com.

Before the payments I negociate the folloe conditions: When I pay th ítem they will send the goods in 12 hours and give me tracking number If the return is caused by the product quality or the mistake from us, they will be guaranteed to get 100% refund Goods will be sent by EMS Shippent 4 – 7 bussiness days I payed the goods with Western Union on 25/08/2010 (MTC number 2279717510) but the goods (they told this) didn’t send to my in 12 hours like we talked in the conditions. The goods were sent in 60 hours. In the conditions they told me that the goods will be sent by EMS to shippment in 4 to 7 bussiness days, but finally they decided to sent me the goods for normal shippment. Today is 04/10/2010 and I don’t received the goods. We talked a lot of times and they told me that they don’t know where aret he goods and they don’t give a solution. I told them that if they have a guaranteed to get 100 % for a mistake I would they return me money back, they said no, we can’t return you the money. I send more messages and they don’t ask my messages. I try to talk with them throught MSN they tell me everytime that they don’t know where aret he goods. I ask again and again for my money, and they said that they don’t return me money back. On 23/09/2010 they told me that they send the goods again by EMS and the goods will be in Spain (Barcelona) in 4 to 7 bussiness days. They gave me a new track number for EMS company. It seems that they send me the goods again on 25/09/2010 (one month later), but I would to receive money back. I have no option, just wait for the goods... In this moment I have no goods still and I waste a lot of time and I lose my money, because they don’t want to return me money back. Finally I wait for the goods. After 10 days more the new track number are not for my Shippment. It was a shippment for Rubi (Zip Code: 08191). My Zip Code is 08008 (Barcelona). What can I do? Today is 4/10/2010 and my order was on 25/08/2010 and they promise me that goods will sent in 4-6 bussiness days, and I’m waiting still

this company is a fraud and stops contact after payment is made do not buy from them unless you want your money stolen
