Critique for Fraudulent activity

Hi, I first contacted Eddie Kinglong(Litongtek) on 6th April to enquire about PS3 60g. I was informed price USD305 which also included 1 controller and 1 game. After numerous emails I sent a t/t on the 16th April to the value of 305USD to his nominated bank. I was then informed money had not been received so I asked bank to do a trace. Money went into his bank on 17th April. I have sent numerous emails to Eddie Kinglong since, to no avail. Since this has happened his trust points have taken a rapid downturn. The last emai i received from him was on the 30th April.

Observation for Untrustworthy supplier

Contact name: Sudong Total money paid including bank fees was £273.37. Goods ordered and paid for 7th April as per the supplier invoice attached. Money wired out of my bank. No products received. Last communication from Litongtek was 13th April. Emails remain unanswered, telephone is not answered, fax line does not answer. One month later I would like to warn other people about their scam.

I paid this company money over 3 weeks ago and they have not sent the items. They will not reply to emails and will not answer thier phone.

Hello, I signed up with Tradekey instead of Made in China, because I heard the control of the companies signing up with you was much serious. So, after signing with you, I posted my first request for quotation. The process was really efficient and I got a lot of answer. I picked up Litongtek to order a PS3, 1 Xbox, 1 Wii and 2 ipod (2gb and 4 GB). I got in touch and had multiple email exchange with one of their sales guy Eddie King (eddie king [[email protected]] ). We finally agree on a price, he sent me an invoice (see attachement), and I wire the money thru Western Union for 747 USD (see attachement). After sending the money and the money being collected, I never heard back from Eddie, neither from Litongtek. And obviously I did not received the goods either. This is why I think I'm victim of a scam. I hope you are a respectable company and will follow up to solve this problem (either getting my goods or my money back). I will wait another week to hear from you before starting any other action. I'm part of a very large company (VP Sales & Mktg for EMEA) which is selling Electronics products accross Europe, Middle East and Africa, so I do have quite a lot of connection within the retail business.... Looking forward to hear from you and hoping you have some way to force the company you work with to deliver on their committment, specially when they got the money.
