Rating for supply of fake Titleist Pro V1 Golf balls

My Company purchased what we belived to be Brand new originals Titleist Pro V1 Golf Balls. These Golf balls were fakes and have causes many problems for our organisation. We have received many returned products from our clients, with the writing on the golf balls erasing after a number of holes. We have a very strong brand and this has caused some damage to our company.
We have informed our supplier and request a refund, but Liu fashions have not returned our calls or emails via tradekey.com. We have been dealing with Lucy and to date she has not responded or provided a refund

Response for Fraud Alert!!!!

Do NOT Buy from this supplier!!! I have an on-going dispute open with this company for non-delivery of products ordered. I am in the process of contacting Beijing police department where Liu Fashion company is based.
DO NOT BUY from this supplier!!!!!!

Response for golf clubs

I ordered & paid for left hand golf club set, plus golf club heads, Ms Lucy Liu send right hand golf clubs & no club heads.
I notified Ms liu of the problem & asked to please resolve this problem, her reply was I will send you club heads next time & her reason for sending right hand clubs was she did not have left hand clubs ready, so she send the wrong clubs anyway.
My experience in dealing with this company so far are very unsatisfactory .
