This company was commissioned to make garments for my company. The company NEVER EVER MADE the garments as promised with the specs and measurements that were requested. The company has acknowledged the fact that they have made mistakes and did not make the garments as requested, however they are unwilling to make the corrections, remuburse me the expense for the cloth that was used and send my remaining fabrics and orders to me. I have madde REPEATED attmepts ot resolve this matter with this company in China, however they have proven that they have no desire, attention or no concern about doing the right thing which would be to correct the mistakes or ship me the goods. Now I have had to purchase new cloth and have the garments made with another factory. So becasue of their unwillingness to cooperate, it has now cost me more money to rectify this matter and this compnay should never be allowed to do business in the USA or Europe, they are unscrupulous in their business tactics. The person that we dealt with in this factory was Chen Shen, and a woman by the name of Maggie.I have waited since November of 2009 to have the orders made as requested and they have nver been done as requested. In the last two weeks we have tried to work this matter out with this supplier but to no avail. Once I hear back from you, I will email all supporting documentation regarding this claim.
