Longbow First Aid Products Mfy was funded in 2005, located in Foshan Hantian Industrial Park where there’s no pollution source and only 10 km from GZ.Longbow’s main product range are: First aid kit, Adhesive bandage, Sterile dressing, cold pack, cold/hot pack, bandage, antiseptic solution, cleansing wipes, non-woven products and disposable sterile washing fluid etc... We have obtained national patents for 5 products and national invention patent for the disposable sterile washing fluid.
We not only supply standard products but also offer OEM/ ODM service to various products. Our products have been sold to North America, Europe, Middle East and Southeast Asia，and our high products quality has brought us high appraisal from our customers in China and abroad.
We have standard workshop covering an area of 2000 m. There’re 2 clean rooms which have obtained national approval for 100, 000 class clean, a 10, 000 class workshop, and a 10, 000 class sterile biochemical laboratory.
According to our log-term plan, our workshops are constructed based on the requirements for GMP of Drugs manufacturer： there’re dressings and adhesive strips workshop where annual output can be 2 billion pieces, first aid kit assembling workshop which enables us to handle 3 millions kit order., purification workshop & sterile solution filling and sealing workshop where annual output of disposable sterile washing fluid can be 50 million and cold/hot pack 1 million pieces, sterile molding workshop where we can produce sterile splinter probes and 3-way extension tube etc for more than 1 billion pieces. Meanwhile, we produce various types of bandage, gauze swab, non-woven products, CPR face shield, emergency blanket, cleansing and antiseptic wipes etc…
