Opinion for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

We have requested 4 sample bikes which Lucky Star Bike said would take a week to do and 3 months later (after many excuses to delay the process further) with a lot of poor communication they still havent managed to do anything, so I requested my money back which I never saw.
