Machaca y Cecina de Res Mayo has been in the business for more than 30 years. With the help of our grandparents who grew in the mountains of "La Sierra" in Mexico, we have learned their techniques to produce and preserve our food in a very unique way.In order to make 1 kg. we use 3-4 kg. of meat. We take out the bad pieces of fat and imperfections to only deliver the best of the best. We are also, the only dry meat business that has been granted a permit by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) by the United States in our state.
Our small company is in Cd. Obregon, Sonora, Mexico. and we look forward to expand and reach different people and different places to do business with.
