The Procedures are as follows:

1. Buyer issues an LOI and Bank Comfort Letter (BCL) which is less than 5 days old to Seller.

2. Seller will provide a draft contract to buyer.

3. buyer and seller will sign and seal conract. Signed contract can be exchanged by fax, scanned, email and are considered valid and hard copies to be sent via courier service.

4. Buyer on signing of the contract issues pre-advice bank instrument. Buyer's bank confirms readiness to enter the said transaction and then via SWIFT confirmation of non-operative bank instrument. The text (verbiage) of bank instrument must be approved by the Seller and communicated to the seller's bank as ready to enter transaction by providing a pre-advise.

5. Following the receipt of pre-advise, seller issues proof of product, on-operative performance bond via bank to bank which makes the buyer's instrument operative.

6. Buyer's bank opens operative irrevocable RDLC to Seller's bank to activate PB.

7. Shipping shall commence as scheduled. *****
