Parvinchandra M. Yagnik is Textile Engineer From Gujarat. ***** Since 1965 ( 40 Years ) he has worked with various Textile companies in India as a head. His area of specialization is Weaving Department. He has been involved in design and implementation of large projects abroad and has provided technology consultancy to several organizations both in India and abroad. He is the founder Matangi Chemical and currently looks after strategic business partnerships and alliances. He also looks after business development activities for Matangi Chemical.
Sanjay Yagnik is a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Gujarat University and Post Graduate diploma in Management Computer Application. from Gujarat University. Since 1987 he has worked with various Indian and Multinational company as marketing ***** He has extensive experience in design and development of Marketing strategy and expanding product network to internationaly. . He too is a founder partner of Matangi Chemical and has been instrumental in making Matangi Chemical a Leading Textile Sizing chemical and construction chemical company. He has extremely good knowledge of the product Promotion and has conceptualized. He currently look after product marketing and has been instrumental in getting major breakthroughs in India and abroad. Mihir Yagnik. is a Commerce graduate from Gujarat University and has Post graduate Diploma in Management . Since 1996 he has worked with Matangi Chemical in India. He has undergone extensive training in the area of Warp Yarn Sizing with all type of Yarn and different high speed machinery in Textile Industry. He too is a founder partner of Matangi Chemical and has been instrumental in it growth of Matangi chemical in the past 10 years. M-5000
(PVA replacement)
Sizing binder M5000 is an ideal acrylic polymer sizing binder
• Highly adhesive and film maker
• Gets penetrated fast into yarn (cotton, PV, PC with different specification like (6 s to 100 s), (48 reeds to 300 reeds), (40 pick to 300 pick).
• Penetrate into warp yarn very fast and in large quantity
• Desizing is very easy and fast (with water)
• 1kg PVA(173) = 1.5kg M5000
CHEMICAL DETAILS OF M5000
1. Appearance : Milky white : jelly
2. Odor : smell less
3. Chemical type : polymer
4. Solid content: 32% (+ or – 2%)
5. PH : 9%
6. Drying : fast
7. Chemical reaction : no chemical reaction
STORAGE: For best results this product must be used within 6 months of packing date and to be stored in cool & dry place. Also take precautions that carboy lid should be closed when not in use
SPECIFICATION: recipe selection:
Guide lines to make size recipe
Example : 40 warps & 40 weft count with 80 pick
For 15% size pick up on yarn
• 400 litre of water
• 60kg starch
• 8kg m5000
• 3kg *****<recommended softener>
SIZE:
Solution making guidelines
• take the desired amount of water, add starch and stir
• add M5000
• add softener
• stir for 40 minutes
• heat till starch is completely cooked
• transfer to sizing machine
M10000
Additive for size recipe.
• Size recipe does not spoil for long time. (approx 96 hours)
• Change in humidity will not affect the size process.
• Stop static charge.
• M10000 enhances effectiveness of other additives in size recipe.
• It reduces dropping during sizing and maintain pick up at maximum level.
• Fungus will not come on clothes and in size(kanji)
• No need to change size recipe for seasonal change. Same can be use for all seasons. You can try 2.5 liter M 10000 WITH 100 LTRS WATER where you are facing humidity problem.
• M 10000 can be use with any type of chemical. As it not react with it

M-SOFT IS NATURAL BINDER :
• Highly adhesive and film maker
• Gets penetrated fast into yarn (cotton, PV, PC with different specification like (6 s to 100 s), (48 reeds to 300 reeds), (40 pick to 300 pick).
• Penetrate into warp yarn very fast and in large quantity
• Desizing is very easy and fast (with water)
• 1 KG M-SOFT = 5 KG MUTTON TELLOW.
Example : 40 warps & 40 weft count with 80 pick
For 15% size pick up on yarn
• 400 litre of water
• 60kg starch
• 8kg m5000
• 600 GM M-SOFT.

• add M5000 ( BINDER)
• add M-SOFT ( SOFTNER)
• stir for 40 minutes
• heat till starch is completely cooked
• transfer to sizing machine

Appearance : Milky white –viscous.
Odor : smell less
Chemical type : organic compound.
Solid content: 65 % (+ – 2%)
PH : 6 to 8
Chemical reaction : no chemical reaction
STORAGE: For best results this product must be used within 6 months of packing date and to be stored in cool & dry place. Also take precautions that carboy lid should be closed when not in use. Keep away from hit.
