Reaction for Supplier Complaint

I paid for an order with this supplier in June of 2010. They promised delivery in 6 weeks but still have not delivered the goods. After numerous attempts to get them to either ship or refund my money,t hey told me the order shipped in December 2010. The order was suppose to ship FedEx and should have arrived within days. I have sent numerous requests for a tracking number but they have not replied.
My contact was Riaz Ahmad. I have attached the Proforma invoice and email communications.
This is not a reputable company.
