It must be very well understood that this is not selling a machine, this is offering
a complete solution that has been proven it's reliability and also it's ability to
generate very good income.
The machine itself would a raw machine. Only the specially made and very costly
tools attached are making the machine a valuable device. The offer also include
pressing tools that allow very convenient mounting of the roofs themselves.
Medava Swiss rollformer system that allows to produce roofing sheets (special roofing
tools create special forms for roofing sheets) on the spot on top of the roof or at any
other place including the complete know-how, profiling tools, pressing tools and de-
vices for moving the system from construction place to construction place.
This allows to save huge costs and time.
When production is made on the roof itself the metal panels can not malformed, do not
have to be packed for transportation, and thereby a lot of time and effort and money is
saved.

The fail rate quickly tends to zero.

• Almost any length of roofing panels can be produced. There are not screws
needed or any holes in the roofing sheets
• Metal can be almost any metal, cupper, aluminium, titan zinc, steel in thick-
nesses that are usual for roofing purposes.
• The panels can be used for even a minimal falling gradient of 2.5% which al-
lows to mount them on almost flat roofs.
• No screws needed that damage the metal, no leakage, strong, very long lasting
• Very long metal profiled sheets (even 30 m long) are produced at the spot
• Movable: The current system comes with a trailer for a strong car or truck and
can be moved anywhere, even be put on the roof of a building. Long lasting
stability.
• Very fast in producing a big roof in a day or two.
• Less labour needed (3 people are enough) and less mistakes can happen
• The profiles are partly patented and come with all profiling tools
• The machine itself can produce any profile depending on the profiling tools use.

• In Switzerland insurances cover such roofs with an insurance for up to
30 years !!!

• In Switzerland the revenue of using this machine is about 10 dollars per square
meter roof. We assume that in other countries the average revenue may be
only 5 dollars.
• 5, 000 m2 per month x 5 dollars = 25, 000 dollars gross profit
• 10, 000 m2 per month x 5 dollars = 50, 000 dollars gross profit
• 20, 000 m2 per month x 5 dollars = 100, 000 dollars gross profit

Price
=====
Up to negotiations. This machine is used and had an original price including all profiling
tools, the trailer of 350, 000 dollars. The current offer is 180, 000 US dollars.
