Feedback for stain and tear
26-07-2019
My pictures are too large to upload here but I have sent them via email to a merledress service dept worker Anna. I told her the dress was stained and torn (or possibly had not been stitched at all) and more than 2 inches smaller in the hip than the size chart indicated. She told me how great their costs were for making my dress but was not willing to help me. I wanted to send it back for exchange. She offered me $10 to keep it. I refused, as I don\\\'t know IF the stain will come out, but I could not get it dry cleaned and take it to a tailor to fix for under $40. She offered me $20. Then she stopped responding to my emails. I have not had a reply from her since last Saturday and I am very frustrated. We had hoped to order other dresses for this wedding from this site; we will not be doing that now. The total invoice was $129. I can\\\'t attach the email correspondence - this site will not let me- I would be happy to forward them to an email address. I can also email a copy of the receipt but my documents are too large to send as your max is 1000k (above).
