Sell: Brazillian White Sugar - Icumsa 45
We hereby take this opportunity to introduce ourselves as a leading South African based Trading Company, established since 1990. We are currently trading in many commodities such as Sugar, Used Rails, Copper Cathodes, Coal etc. worldwide through a network of trading partners in India, Dubai, Iran, China, Hong Kong and Malaysia to name a few.

Our principal has secured an allocation of 1,000,000MT of REFINED WHITE SUGAR ICUMSA 45 from a co-op in Brazil and we are the sole official mandate holders to sell on their behalf.

We offer spot shipment of 12,500MT / 25,000MT / 50,000 / 100,000 to suit you.

Our payment terms are strictly by way of an irrevocable, transferable and confirmed sight L/C issued by a prime bank.
We offer a 2% performance bond.

Upon receipt of your LOI, our procedure will be as follows:

1. We will forward :
a) A copy of our Mandate from the Seller
b) Our FCO
c) NCNDA if you are not the actual buyer.

2. The buyer send :
a) Accepted FCO
b) A swift confirmation of his financial capabilities from his bank to the Seller's bank

3. The Seller forward POP

4. Contracts and FPAs issued and signed

5. Buyer issues the L/C

6. Seller issues a 2% P/B to activate the L/C

7. Shipment commences as per delivery schedule.

The above procedure cannot be changed.

Buyer's agents or brokers are welcome but without a LOI from the actual buyer, we cannot proceed.

The Buyer will only issue the L/C once he is 100% satisfied of the existance of the product.
