Mtuelec Co., Ltd reviews

I have paid this supplier (electronically) for goods, they have received the money and have failed/refused to respond to any further communication. They have not supplied any goods at all. Their stated address can not be verified, the telephone nunmbers do not work. Contact dealing with is Mr Jackei Zhan (so called CEO) I have telegraphic transfer receipt to evidence the funds transferr, I have all communications between us and the seller. I beleive that this is fraud. I have reported abuse to Trade Key and have received a ticket number by e-mail, but the promised follow up has not taken place. Thanks. Please stop this person or provide their true contact details so thai I can give these to the Police.

Dear Sir or Madam: I have found the Mtulelc Co. on TradeKey, and inquired about electronic products. Mr Jackie Zhang had respond by email with the product line and price that his company offer. I had place an order with Mr. Jackie Zhang with the total amount of $1,237.00. Mr. Jackie Zhang stated that he only accept bank wire transfer. I had wired Mr. Jackie Zhang in the amount of $1,237.00 on Monday October 19, 2009. Mr. Jackie Zhang had never return my email to confirm the receipt of the bank transfer nor did he send out the tracking number for the products that I had ordered. Mr. Zhang had scam me out of $1,237.00 using your TradeKey website. I want to do more internation trade, how do I know which company on your site is safe. Mr. Jackie Zhang and the Mtuelec Co., Ltd should be taken off your site to protect other people. Do you know how many other people Mr. Jackie Zhang had scammed, using TradeKey, making TradeKey not a very reliable site to do business with. I want the total of my money back ($1,237.00). Or the products/items Mr Jackie Zhang (Mtuelec Co.) had promised me. This is the first time I deal business on TradeKey and already I had a bad experience with Scam and Fraud. Again, Mr. Jackie Zhang (Mtuelec Co.) should be remove from your site. He or Mtuelec Co. Ltd should refund my money in the amount of $1,237.00 or send me the items that he or Mtuelect Co. had promised me. This company received my money by bank transfer on the 5th October. Despite many emails they have failed to provide the name of the shipper or tracking number. Many emails were ignored.
