We manufacture Thyristiors in TO48 package for current upto 25A and Vrrm upto 1600V. The devices can be supplied with Metric or UNF threads.

Sell diodes
We manufacture rectifier diodes in DO4 package with the current rating of 12A and Vr upto 1600V. The devices can be supplied with UNF or Metric threads.

Sell power diodes
We manufacture power rectifier diodes in DO8 package with current ratings of 100A,150A,200A and Vr upto 1600V.
