I was contacted over two months ago from an employee of Nanfang Trading Co. LTD. (FYI - My preferences are set up to be contacted by paid members only). A man named Zhao Lan (who also called himself Van Johnny and "Bob"... his American names, as you will see from his emails and MSN conversations with me) contacted me regarding my "Buy request" on Tradekey. I sent numerous emails (which I will attach and forward) and he responded promptly and professionally. We spoke on MSN per his request and I purchased $945 in items and sent the money to him through Western Union. He gave me his employee number to reference the payment) -- why would he do that if he was no longer employed? He sent emails saying the items were being shipped and he would send tracking info. I never rec'd items or tracking info. I contacted Nanfang and they had fired him two months prior. However, they will not honor the order I placed to their company through him. Please help. I was willing to work with them and accept even half of the order so we both didnt' lose out. Since I am out of the country I cannot prosecute this "Bob" guy, but they said they will. I believe I should get the items I paid for. I told the owner of Nanfang that I purchase nearly $10K US monthly and would use them if they made this right, but I have not heard from them. Can you help resolve this situation? I'm afraid to use any of your vendors now because I don't know who I can trust! (HOW DO I FORWARD THE EMAILS TO YOU SO YOU CAN SEE THEM? THERE ARE SEVERAL)
