View for Owner hard to reach when you need a refund

I purchased a guitar from Chris Stedman on October 3, 2009 as a Christmas present for my son. We didn't open it as it was a present and set it aside. Before going to wrap it I opened it to inspect it and to my disappointment the strings and/or tuners are broken. I've been trying to get ahold of Mr. Stedman for over two weeks now and have yet to have the issue resolved.
