i made a sample order with these guys that didn't turn up. scoundrels!

I have sent money 3095 usd for goods that announced by this company on their website. I've contacted with Mr.Chew by MSN [email protected]. After we discussed the price i have transferred money via Bank of China. Now they don't reply my e-mails, don't replay my MSN messages and NO GOODS. This company is scammer. Please be careful!!!

I ordered some product from this company and payed for it on their terms I have proof of payment. they sent me a tracking #. The tracking # was real it just wasn't for me. These people are commiting fraud and using your service to lure people in. http://www.new-egg.cn. I am only out $188.00. I am not going to lose any sleep over this. But you should know what is going on. I have tried to contact them but they do not reply. I emailed you earlier on this company. But that was before I had a tracking # they finally sent me the # and I tracked it to another area. Thank you for your time I will not be using your site anymore. Your competitor's site alibaba.com has trust members that have been verified and I am presently dealing with a couple of their vendors. You have to many scammers listed as Silver Members. You can do with this information what you want. I am done. this is for you to help others.

i payed for an ipod 4gb with this company on there website i was sent a tracking number but it does not come back with any results an now the company are not replying to my emails

Did not send products I paid for. Only contacted me again with fake tracking number when I said I wanted to place another order. I order 5 wii's holiday bundles sent money western union and he has not sent products promised. The business is a scam you need to remove them from your list. When I order they had 10 Trust points. Now at -30. Do the right thing remove company from your database. Shawn

These people are scammers. Why you let companies on here like this I don't know. Do you even make sure they are legitamate companies? I sent them $ 610 for 5 products and I'm pretty sure I've been scammed. I went by the point system. Conviently it was 30 the day I purchased from them and now they are -10. I feel you are taking money from companies and not checking them out. I think you owe it to yourselves and the people who use your service to use some of the money you get to check the legitimacy of these people. I hold tradekey fully responsible for not taking better measures for this not to happen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will send you any information you need to prove this.
