Report for Fraud

Unfortunately I have been a victim of a fraud committed by your Silver Member: Nice8 international trade Co., Ltd. I was dealing with Susan Li.
Thank God it was a sample order of one Iphone 3G 16GB for $222.60 which I paid by PayPal. The member provided me with a tracking Number, the parcel I received contained Eye shadow Compacts, I assume to try to convince PayPal the phone was sent.
The good thing is, they were not smart enough to realize the height of an Iphone box is 14.5 CM according to the dimensions of the manufacturer and the parcel they sent is 10 CM.
Anyhow I filed a dispute with PayPal and I’m quite sure I’m protected and I’ll be able to get my money back. I hope not to see anybody else in my shoes. I’ve got genuine sellers through your site but fraudulent sellers like this company spoil it for everybody else.
Please I’d like to know your reaction toward this seller and to receive a follow up.
