Evaluation for fraud

This company was previously known as SPC, but they still have the same products and manager, Steven Zhang. I made quite a few orders with them, and every time I had some minor problems. The last time I ordered from them in 2007, just under $5000, they sent the order without notifying me, I always take care of the shipping and insurance, but they went ahead and sent the order, without insuring it, and when I recieved it, not only were over half the products completely destroyed, due to bad packing, there were many parts missing. When I contacted them, with a letter from limassol port confirming the damaged goods, and asking where the missing parts were, I was told they would get back to me. I contacted them over and over, but they just chose to ignore me. I do business with many companies, but it was the first time I came up against anything like this.
