Founded in 1992, Ningbo Smount Gardening Co., Ltd(Ningbo Smount Co., Ltd) is a family-owned enterprise. Since 1990s, we have engaged in production of ss braided hose and gradually expanded to production of shower hose, ss corrugated hose and corrugated gas hose, with 60% of products exported. Through continuous improvement and continuous self- subversion of past success, we forayed in three-dimensional vertical greening field at the end of 2010.The following comes to the three-dimensional vertical greening system developed by our company.�

1㎡ area was equipped with 40 sets of double drilling devices, each of which contains one water storage tank and two planting pots of 20*6*12.5CM. The planting pot has the diameter of 9*cm, bottom diameter of 6.5*cm and the height of 9.3CM.�

▲ The water storage tank is connected with the planting pot at an angle of 45�. Positioning bolt and blocker or fasten hole are set on the planting pot, which is conducive to structural stability and convenient for disassembly and replacement and enables the plants to enjoy sufficient sunshine and healthily grow.
â–²Each unit can be either fixed independently or lapped, or lapped with single hole type; they can be combined to form different shapes including the plane, arc and cylindrical shape, etc.
â–² According to the base structure and green wall height of the facade, the device can be directly fixed to the facade, or fixed to the facade after secured to the keel with screws. Or the water storage tank can be fixed to the facade including lattice or column with keel before fixed to the facade with steel and other materials, in order to avoid damage of formation; the product can be applicable directly to the rough facades to ensure overall aesthetics of the green wall; water storage tank and planting pot are as thick as 6cm and the load weight for each square meter of green wall is only about 50kg.
â–² Irrigate directly with running water (if not available, equipped with water tank or pool, etc.). When the water tank is mounted below, the water pump can be used for water supply. Only if the water is introduced at a certain flow rate to each water storage tank of the uppermost unit(DE20 tube can be got through behind the front panel between two vertical rows of water storage tanks), the water can quickly flow into all water storage tanks on a top-down and hierarchical progressive basis, thus quickly and stably reaching uniformly and efficiently automated subsurface irrigation effect. In addition, it also has features including very simple inspection and maintenance, a small amount of water evaporation, automatically timed irrigation and subsurface irrigation cycle functions,
1/5~1/10 of water requirements under normal watering cultivation method, good water-saving, the ability to prevent from muddy water outflow and environmental cleanness. Only install a water manure applicator in water pipeline, or add water-soluble fertilizer in water tank to complete fertilization (water-soluble fertilizer recommended) while irrigating in a water manure-integrate way .
▲�Single hole structure has similar functions with the doublehole one. However, the former has bigger planting pot, where bigger plants can be planted. This structure is more conducive to plants growth and has lower construction cost in comparison with double-hole structure. In addition, adoption of single-hole interval structure to plant the vine or application ofgreenwall construction programs with part of the vine can greatly reduce the total cost. However, the single-hole type is inferior to the double-hole type in terms of the green wall plant density and fa�ade pattern, thus some�facades will be constructed by using together single-hole and double-hole structures to obtain better facade pattern effect.
