What Do We Do?

Novo Cura is a financial consulting practice catering to emerging growth companies and expanding corporations. We provide comprehensive capital market consulting services to small and mid-cap corporations to access public markets in the ASEAN region, the United States and Europe. Our team offers guidance in mergers and acquisitions, reverse takeovers, strategic business process reengineering and extensive expertise in the regulatory processes to access capital markets. We also work closely with selected strategic partners to develop and execute funding strategies to accelerate growth.

We manage services on behalf of our clients. The core strengths we bring to our clients are world class Corporate Financial services, general and change management utilising our performance management, technology and process re-engineering skills.

Our Marketplace

To date we have worked with a variety of companies providing financial and business process reengineering advice, a detailed comprehensive list of whom is available on request and in accord with our Non Disclosure arrangements. Other markets are beginning to open up to us through our growing expertise in specific disciplines, xxxxx technology markets, manufacturing industries, public sector bodies, Health and social service providers, government loaning and lending departments and venture capital fund raising opportunities in multi-disciplined industries. Beyond this, any involvement tends to be opportunistic.
