just wanted to pay 100% advance by western union. I have not accepted and I proposed 30% immediately and 70% upon presentation of shipping documents. have accepted my proposal, Today they sent me the proforma invoice, the name of the payee is not the name of the company! the bill has no VAT! I have not answered yet. surely this is cheating online please verify and remove the scammer! Thanks for your cooperation
