Dear sir or madam Please be infomed that one of your memebrs named Samy werthz from Olimpax S.A. He sent us an email and offered us wet blue drop split .Our communication took about one month. in first stage he sold us it by l/c term but then he claimed that his bank did not accept our bank's l/c and we must change our bank.And since we saw that it will take a while to put a pledge in other bank to open l/c. so we offered them that we want to pay it by T/T term. They accepted our proposal and wrote us that we can pay in third installments 30% in advance , 40% when goods reached to Abbas port and remained 30% after clearance after that we confirmed quality of their products. We paid them 30% of fund in advance as deposit on 19 June 2009 from Dubai by Al Nafees Exchange and get its acknowledge from their bank on 22 June 2009. We have not received any product until today! We enclose Olimpax's proforma and Bank's acknowledge for your consideration to take necessary actions to claim our right. We look forward to hearing from you.
