Feb 14, 2009 I placed an order with this Company. they sent me invoice with amount to pay. I paid as per instructions and per amount quoted on Invoice. After we did Bank Trans (which cost us Extra $20.00) we had email from The company that we did not pay full amount. We sent proof of Bank Trans - full amount paid as per invoice they sent. They replied, said they made mistake they forgot to tell us Bank TT fees of extra $US30.00 - and wanted us to do this before they would ship our order. This would have costed us another $20.00 we refused to do this. Finally after many angry emails from them the sent the order but 1 x item missing, and 1 x item damaged. When we contacted them, they told us 'out of stock of item missing, will send later', re the damage item, 'return the item to them in China my expense, and if they could sell the item to someone else then they would credit us', we refused to send the damaged item back at our expense and as the damage was damaged, how could they say 'sell to someone else'. To this date we still not received the balance of order. This company is not to be trusted. Allegro
